Do you know that a large number of golfers around the world suffers from so much pain?We know the fact that golf needs the strength of our arms and a body that is free from pain. Having body pains is a hindrance of being a golfer and with its presence a golfer cannot make a perfect swing. Lower back pain  is one of the common pain that a golfer can have. I'm new in golf and loves to watch golf tournament and most of the players experience body pains. Why is this so?

Following those tips may help a golfer or any athlete to prevent from body conditions such as pain in the upper back, joint stiffness, joint pain and a lot more.All of us don't want pains because with its presence we can't barely move and it can stop the productivity of our life. Mr. Price who is a three-time champion is going to guide the International team this October 3 to 6 at Muirfield Village in Ohio against Fred Couples who led the US.  Nick Price said. ” This moment is what I’ve  been waiting for the past 5 – 6 years already.” Nick Price received a distinction for being the captain in most Presidents Cup and had been competed the International for how many years.

Causes of Join Pain



In today's situation it is important to be more healthy and be fit in order to achieve success in every field. We know the fact that join pain is one of those conditions that is prone to us. Having such condition is not an easy one because a single joint pain may lead to something else. From the previous post that I shared which is all about joint pain, it is stated there that joint pain may be caused by damaging the structure of itself or a damage in the structure where joint is located. We already know what joint pain is, the other thing we need to know is its causes. What are its causes?Any idea? As what I have search there are lots of causes of joint pain, listed below are the few of them


  1. Bursitis - a painful condition that affects the small fluid-filled pads called bursae. Bursitis occurs when the bursae is inflamed.
  2. Sprains and Strains - these are very common injuries that share the same signs and symptoms, that involve any parts of our body like ankles and muscles (muscle strains).
  3. Rheumatoid arthritis - a type of chronic inflammatory disorder that will affects small joints in our hands as well as in our feet.
  4. Lupus -another chronic inflammatory disease, it occurs when the immune system of our body attacks our organs and tissues.


Treatments are already available for joint pain that depends on what is the main cause. We come to think that those treatments are very pricey that not all of us can afford, the other way we treat such condition is doing it in a natural way or placing a joint pain relief in the affected area.When the pain is always present for a couple of weeks already hurriedly go to your doctor for medications. We should always put in our mind that prevention is better than cure.

Joint Pain


What is joint pain? Joint  pain is one of those conditions that is very common nowadays in which most people will experience this condition at some point of their lives. Having a joint pain is not easy as it is, it is just same as any conditions that we can't barely move and is very painful. The causes of joint pain may come from different ways. It may be caused by a damage in the structure of the joint itself or maybe a damage in the structure near where the joint is located. This condition can be treated at home by, bathing it up with a warm water, simply massage the affected area with any joint pain relief and eating a garlic cloves fried in a butter is helpful too. If the pain won't fade away directly approach your healthcare professional. Your healthcare professional will  determine the cause of the joint pain by asking some questions and arrange some tests. Treatments for joint pain will depend on what is its cause. Remember prevention is better than cure.

Golf Pain Away for Tendonitis

For this time let us talk about what tendonitis is, its symptoms and a lot more. But before anything else, let us first define what a tendon is. Based from what I'd searched a tendon is a tough yet flexible band of tissues that are so fibrous , a structure in our body that helps in connecting the muscles to our bones and a structure that helps in transmitting the force produced by muscle construction to the bone. If those body tendons will get inflamed, the gliding position of the tendon is damage and then later on its movement become more painful, this is were what we call "tendonitis". Symptoms are:

  • Pain with movement of tendons and muscles.


I would like to share something based from my uncle's experienced with regards to the said condition. He is already 40 years old, very athletic and loves to do workout stuffs.  Almost everyday he will go to the gym to fight boredom. As days goes on, he felt so much pain all over that sometimes he can't even stand and walk just a little. So we immediately brought him up to the hospital and from there we found out that he has tendonitis. Problems from the tendon are very  common to people having the age of 40-60 years because tendons are not as elastic anymore, yet bodies are still the producing same force. Good thing he is better now with the  help of doctor as well as GPA or Golf Pain Away.
