Based from my research, listed below are some of the ways or things that we should consider in preventing arthritis.
1. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet to help maintain your recommended weight.
2. Take some vitamin and supplements that are prescribed by your doctor.
3. Regular exercise is needed to strengthen the muscles around joints and increase our bone density.
4. Avoid from smoking and avoid from too much drinking.
Those were just few of the things on how we should prevent arthritis. As what I said awhile ago, it produces so much pain. So, how should we lessen the pain? Although there are available treatments or therapy that are used to heal the pain from arthritis but if we talk on the economical side, products like Golf Pain Away (GPA) or other relief for joint pain is recommended. But we should make it sure that it is proven, trusted and guaranteed by our doctors to avoid side effects.
